Description: I studied thai massage when i lived in thailand ,and created my own style combined with pressure points and stretching,absolutely worth a try.
I got massage and reflexology trainning in orange county .And have been practicing for some good years .
I also started giving yoga classes for beginers...yes yoga is wonderful and
definately a stress-release kindda exercise,,,,
