Description: I will address your needs to alleviate stress in your body as quickly as. I use varied massage methods such as Swedish, for relaxation, Deep Tissue, to ease neck, back and shoulder pain, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy for pain relief, and sports massage/isolated stretching of the legs, hips and arms for athletes. Hot towels and aromatherapy oils are provided in a candle-lit, welcoming and healing environment.
I have over 15 years experience giving massages and love what I do. Before opening my own business in 2010, I worked at the Long Boat Key Club for 12 years giving massages and facials, and with a Chiropractor for a year at the Bollettieri Sports Academy in Bradenton, massaging both clients and athletes.
I'm located at the beautiful Stepping Stone Clinic, just a few minutes off State Road 70 and I-75.
