Description: I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years now. I am trained in deep tissue, as well as swedish and can vary my massage to suit your individual needs. I use a lot of elbow/forearms in my massage and am able to go from a very deep pressure to very light. I am also a personal trainer and work well with athletes who need a deeper, more sports therapy style massage. I am a certified Reiki master as well, and can incorporate it into any and all types of massage.
