LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE:Reset your immune system and detox in just a couple of sessions. Your lymphatic system is primarily responsible for carrying disease-fighting material to cells. When the lymphatic system is blocked, we become defenseless against attacks by virus, fungi, and bacteria.
*CRANIAL SACRAL:Craniosacral massage taps into the inherent wisdom of the body which allows it to heal itself where possible. The craniosacral system has a rhythm that can be felt throughout the body. Craniosacral techniques are a very light, soft touch to monitor this rhythm and pinpoint sources of obstruction and stress in the body. Once located I will assist the natural movement and release of the restriction to help the body self correct. *Crainial sacral techniques when applied regularly increase the bodys cellular light quotent, increasing spiritual awareness.
Why book a 90 min vs an hour?: an hour massage is a routine created for the lighter touch, basic level spa massage. The 90m option is an expressive, freelance version of the routine, which allows me the extra time to focus on your trouble areas.
