My name is Michael and I am an experienced professional therapist licensed by the Association of Massage Therapists of Quebec. I work in Ontario and Quebec.
I provide insurance receipts so, if you have a plan, you can be reimbursed.
It is important to me that you receive the massage your mind and body need in order to relieve stress, alleviate pain and feel relaxed and whole.
I am fit, live a healthy lifestyle and have a polite and supportive manner. My treatments are tailored to the individual. We will discuss what your massage needs are and I will tailor the treatment to suit you.
Many people have shoulder and back troubles and would like the majority of the massage to concentrate here. That is great. Why spend a lot of time on the legs when it is the back that needs help?
My style is flowing and my pressure goes from light to very firm. Deep tissue work can have low back pain mitigated and that area between the should blades more supple and flexible again.
