Description: Practicing massage therapy and teaching group exercise is my passion. Knowing how good it feels to be physically active, I am a strong advocate of health and wellness. Sixteen years ago, I became a Group Exercise Instructor, which eventually inspired me to become a Licensed Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. I love assisting people in stress reduction, pain relief, and with their general well-being. There is a tremendous power in the human touch.
