I have helped clients with many types of chronic pain and illnesses with Manual Therapy including Myofascial and much more. Our bodies have an innate ability to self-heal, I facilitate this self-healing by releasing restrictions of structure, dysfunction or emotion that prevent the natural restorative mechanisms from working. My office is a calm environment to support and enhance these processes in an atmosphere of safety. Utilizing fascial, craniosacral, lymphatic, neurovascular and advanced joint treatment skills, I help discharge trauma and stress. This work creates a calm state of mind, body and emotions.
