Description: Thai Yoga Therapy Bodywork benefits are the following: relaxes, energizes, increases flexibility, improves circulation, relieves chronic pain and stress, balances the whole body.
Done on a mat wearing comfortable clothing, it involves palming, thumbing along sen(energy) lines, yoga like stretches, rocking movements and reflexology. It is done in a rhythmic, flowing type of movement.
The practitioner moves the clients body in a dance like meditation, using feet, knees, hands, elbows etc.
Extremely calming and restorative for both body and mind.
Chair massage incorporates thai yoga massage moves as well.
